She got to know us, and our needs and wants, very quickly and she used that knowledge to advise us regarding the properties we toured. We went to see it that same evening and we decided to put an offer immediately. That night the system realtors use to submit offers was down, but Louise did not let that stop her. I am sitting this afternoon in our beautiful new home, and have been reflecting on how everything worked out to bring us here. Specifically, I have been thinking about all the things that our agent, Louis Simpson, did to get us here. If you are looking for a home, I would love to share parts of the experience that were so important to us. This is the fifth home we have purchased-working with Louis has made this purchase entirely different from our earlier homes. Some of the differences, Louis took the time to really get to know my wife and I. This paid a number of dividends. Some of the best advice we got along the way was what houses we really shouldn't purchase, even though they had an initial appeal. We quickly started to see properties that we really liked. Louis knew enough about us to promise that we could do better if we looked a little longer. It would have been much easier for her to go along with some of those homes, but combining her knowledge of our situation with an exhaustive knowledge of the Reno market gave her, and us, confidence we hadn't yet found the home perfect for us. Move in day was rough, snowy day. Louis was aware of our situation and immediately left her office to help unload the truck. This was another example of going above and beyond. Louise was a great agent for us. She was professional in all her dealings. We trusted her and we she worked very hard to secure for us a good and fair selling price for our home, and then went above and beyond the normal mark to advertise and promote our home. We had some problems during our close and because of her efforts we were able to get through the problems and have a satisfactory close. Louise is fabulous! She is incredibly knowledgeable of Reno and its real estate, having lived in Reno for many years. She wants to find her clients the "right" house, not just any house.
